Continual claims of discrimination then cover lives with illegal - criminal activity ignored or xovered with a main life 

Main lives as a cover to void getting caught involved in the underworld then ways money is funneled through to their regular lives to sustain a family, home + different lifestyles & those they use applying a draft process using different persons to carry out heists + efforts  

Control over different companies & racist people wanting control over who they hire yet public claims they are an equal opportunity employer while they use controls to void interest in specific persons

Competitive & underworld antics to squish out or stomp out competition while undercutting in bids for control as they are involved in the underworld so they along with having wealth can operate companies at a lower profit margin leaving competitors unable to compete

Debt leveraging & just holding on while the majority of funds is contained through Corporate interests & minimal equity - savings as people make payments while saving for retirement just making it while slowly growing while other interests leak funds out of the country as foreign investment takes control through capped numbers using Canadians to accomplish with private finally ual deals where few do well & the masses suffer 

Capping over monetary + corruption?

Nothing instead... let's build a population of immigrants rather than incentives for first Canadians - first settlers & native number then controlled numbers of multi-cultural race then cap on monetary exports

Banking rates go up as there is no money as it is depleted & they have to often finance debt to cover accounts. Smaller versus larger as it is a global debt model of sorts 

More debt than fixed or varibale assets that depreciate or appreciate in a contracting value system 

Gold - platinum or other backing on monetary numbers versus debt creation allowances as leverage in time ability to repay through approved stream short & long term against other assets 

Canada requires foreign investments from outside & within from outside just to service debt to survive
