RIGHTS 

Rights to use under different companies - brands including approved innovation projects 

Similar to purchasing a retail jacket for sale at cost with delivery then it is marked up at suggested retailer price 40-60% in margin to earn a profit for the company selling 


PER COMPANY FEE FOR USE 

Usual $XX US Million up front to designer Dr Sydney Bennett. CIG earns 5%

A percentage on each unit sold. 5-25% negotiations depending on application 

CIG-H.O.R.B allowed to still develop in-house custom fab units in small numbers non-mass production internationally

Calculated based on the forecasted earnings at 50% above initial fee + returns per unit  


LOWER FEE EQUIVALENT 

Potential smaller up front fees based on unit production capping globally until requiring a negotiated release slowly in reaching initial fee of $600 US Million. Equivalent 


RESELLER - RETAIL LEVEL 

Purchase of units at cost then the 40-60% margin to cover their overhead expenses
